This app provides a nice overview about the following information:
1. Calorie Counter
See how many calories you should eat per day. We use the Basal Metabolic Rate + burned calories from activities and display this information as a ring of calories you can eat.
2. Enter your eaten food
You can use any 3rd party app to enter your eaten food, e.g. myFitnessPal. We will read this data and substract it from the calories you may eat. Use the app you like most and which writes the food attributes into apple health.
3. Activity kcal and Steps
We provide information of how many steps you have made a day and how many kcal you burned in your activities.
4. Customize your view
If you think the Basal Metabolic Rate calculated by the health center is not fine , yes there are many people out there who thinks the rate is too high, then you overwrite this value with your own.
It is also possible to add a eaten target in kcal, which shows you a progress bar which shows you if you are on your way reaching your aim.
5. Best for apple watch and other devices using apple health
